Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office application (word, excel, powerpoint), Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, Knowledge in Accounting Principles, Knowledgeable in Accounting System software, Familiar with transactions using Electronic Filing Payment System (EFPS), Good analyzation skills, Organized and task oriented, Knowledgeable in SAP
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor manufactured goods inventory (work in process and finish goods)
Prepare the monthly schedule of aging of inventories
Prepare the monthly cost and operating expenses for comparison to budget
Supports on the Bill of Material Preparation
Process Accounts Payable Transaction (Local / Imported) in different currencies (PHP/JPY/USD) through the Accounting System (SAP Business One)
File taxes withheld every 10th day of the following month through BIR Electronic Filing and Payment System (EFPS)
Consolidate monthly expanded withholding tax remitted and file the Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded) or 1604-E before end of February
File the Value Added Tax (VAT) online through EFPS on a monthly and quarterly basis
Monitor advances made by employees and ensure liquidation of each before the month ends
Prepare adjusting entries (reclassification of accounts) every month end reporting
Allocate freight cost (forwarders/logistics) both for import and export expenses
Monitor prepaid expenses and amortizations (insurance, rental, real property tax, etc)
