With 1 year experience in General Accounting
Prepares Financial Report Package of affiliated companies;
Conducts analysis on operating expenses variances of affiliated companies;
Coordination with affiliated companies for the required monthly report;
Prepares Bank Reconciliation, actual Cash flow, preparation of accruals, and related;
Preparation of accounting supporting schedules and audit requirements;
Financial statement preparation and reports;
Monitoring of non-bread items brought out of the company facility with the use of electronic gate pass (EGP) system;
Assists on the year-end inventory count of engineering, motor pool, and office and computer supplies and assists in the reconciliation with concerned personnel;
Monitor movement of the fixed asset through the lapsing schedule.
