Accountant Responsibilities:
Adhering to company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Analyzing and compiling financial data.
Generating periodic reports like balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
Effectively presenting data to managers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Maintaining precise financial records.
Conducting audits and resolving discrepancies.
Handling tax computations.
Staying updated on current legislation related to finance and accounting.
Aiding management in decision-making through the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitoring of cost / expenses for each project
Other accounting related works that may be assigned from time to time
Accountant Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Accountancy
Strong analytical, good communication, and computer skills.
Proficiency in mathematics and understanding of accounting and financial processes.
Ethical conduct.
Meticulous attention to detail.
