Job Descriptions A/P Responsibilities:
· Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
· Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
· Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
· Understand expense accounts and cost centers
· Understands compliance issues around accounts payable processes such as VAT, EWHT & Others
Other Responsibilities:
· Maintaining book of accounts including preparation of journal entries
· Prepares the Tax Returns and BIR Reports
· Prepare and validate the Financial Statements of the company
· Compiles and analyzes the financial information in order to generate reports required by the Management
· Assists the Finance Supervisor in closing audits conducted by BIR
· Prepares the reports and other necessary requirements required by the regulatory agencies such as SEC, BIR & Others
· Prepares the Employees' Withholding taxes, SSS, PHIC and HMDF Contributions 8 Coordinates with external auditors in completing audits
· Ensuring the company books are in compliance with PFRS Implementing, maintaining and improvement of internal financial controls
· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
Requirements:
· Professional in creating and managing excel & Database
· Has an experience in working on google drive and spreadsheet
· Must be proficient in using G-suit & Quickbooks Online
· 2-5 years working experience in general accounting
· accounting
· BPO Experienced or Works in Accounting Firm before English proficient (can communicate well)
· Experienced in working with foreign employees is an advantage (Handles Language Gap)
· Working Hour is 10:00-19:00 Work Office Onsite
