Monthly Financial Statement;
Filing Government reports (such as ITR,VAT,Compensation,Expanded and Revenue);
Monthly Bank Recon;
Renewal of Business Permit, General Information Sheet with SEC;
Handles Department Petty Cash Fund;
Prepare/Process Request Vouchers and check for payment;
Prepare weekly and monthly 15th and 30th payroll;
Monitor and prepare rentals and utility bills;
Process Final Pay of resigned employees;
Prepare Official receipts for Project Clients;
Monitored due accounts payable from Sub-contractors/contractors etc.;
Process, prepare and filing Employees and Employer share for SSS/PAG-IBIG Contribution and Philhealth;
Reconcile the accounts payable and receivables to ensure that all payments are accounted and properly post.
