AccountAble OPC is a BPO company doing various accounting and IT-related jobs for our overseas clients.
The General Accountant will work closely with management and clients taking care of accounting for overseas clients.
Daily tasks will be to work independently with accounting for multiple clients and doing all aspects of their accounting from A-Z.
Key responsibilities:
Day to day bookkeeping a professional accounting system
Payroll
Maintain balance sheet
Prepare monthly P&Ls
Work schedule: Monday - Friday.
Our office is in an office building located in Mandaue City with easy access to public transportation.
Qualifications / Skills:
Mature, independent, hardworking, honest, good in grammar and correspondence, conscientious to oversee work demanding high emphasis and attention to details.
Experienced user of Windows, Microsoft Office and Google suite
Used to work with minimum supervision
Capable of multi-tasking
Must be fluent in English
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Preferably Graduate of BS Accounting, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or similar
Solid experience with accounting for overseas clients demonstrating knowledge of accounting from A-Z.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting
Experience with crypto currency, group accounts and consolidations would be great, but is not required
