Requirements:
Can speak English as basic communication.
Graduate of Accounting or any related course.
At least 3 years of Accounting related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks is a plus.
Experience in handling audits and preparing BIR withholding tax, income tax.
Knowledgeable in preparing government-mandated dues.
Job Summary:
Preparation of Check and Payment Vouchers
Prepare and post journal entries in Quickbooks
Monitor payments made to suppliers
Prepare and file BIR forms such as withholding taxes, income tax and others
Advice management on tax issues, budgets and forecast and planning.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
Preparation of Financial Statements and supporting documents.
Monitoring Account Schedules and preparing adjustments, if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
