About the Role
Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded properly.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of company's book of accounts.
Maintain and keep records of invoices; transmittal of invoices for countering.
Manage the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and ensure that revenues and receivables are reconciled at any given time
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, annually BIR tax returns
Ensure timely submission and payment of government remittances and needed BIR requirements
In-charge of Consolidation of various financial information and projections related to expenses, headcount, and personnel cost assumptions
Reconcile daily bank transactions
Conduct monthly physical inventory and prepare for necessary reports
Investigate, document, and analyze workflow to generate process improvements
Prepare General Information Sheet in accordance with the mandates of SEC
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports such as the financial statements, tax returns, and SEC reports.
Process payroll computation and payroll releaseReport to management all financial activity of the company
Develop and formulate all report and deliver presentation projects for repeated usage
Assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide assistance on office projects and undertake any other specific duties as required by the business.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in General Accounting with hands-on experience in full-set of accounts
Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Well-versed in Accounting and Finance procedures
Knowledge of statutory and BIR Regulations (and Philippine Government Requirements)
Excellent Spreadsheet Skills and Reporting Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, especially highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets)
Experience in macOS, but not required.
Onsite work set up, office located at C. Raymundo, Rosario Pasig City
