Responsibilities:
Prepares assigned balance sheet schedules for monthly financial reporting
Prepares necessary journal vouchers to record adjustments for the assigned accounts
Prepares Financial Report Package
Conducts analysis on operating expenses variances
Assists in the preparation of budget package and inventory count
Prepares billings
Prepares and submits documents required by internal and external audit of books and work processes
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or any related course
With at least 1 year of experience in general accounting
Good communication and presentation skills
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Must be willing to be assigned in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu (on-site)
