1. Oversees all activities of Finance and Administration Department, including the supervision and management of general accounting activities and analyses, the implementation of effective internal controls, and the statutory compliance of all department initiatives;
2. Prepares annual budget and monitors the actual performance versus budget;
3. Oversees procurement requirements of Premier are being fulfilled and served within the turnaround times;
4. Verifies the accuracy and timeliness of submissions of all financial reports (sales, cost, etc) to the management;
5. Leads the department in the conduct of audits and ensures that adequate controls, policies, and procedures are in place and complied with;
6. Ensures that all accounting processes are within the policy;
7. Familiar with BIR return preparation and filing;
8· Knowledgeable in QuickBooks;
9. Knowledgeable in Financial Statements and other reports; and
10. Performs other duties that may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge:
· A graduate of Business, Finance, Accounting or any equivalent course;
· With at least 3 years relevant experience

· Above average verbal and written communication skills
