Ensures that companies and organizations have accurate financial records. Commonly work with a team of other accountants, auditors, and finance professionals to ensure that all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
Checks and monitors company accounting books that are existing in the system and ensures that they tally with the General Ledger.
Prepares the Journal Voucher including adjustment of entries.
Prepares the requirements of Annual Registration of Book of Accounts to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Prepares financial reports.
Prepares monthly financial statements such as trial balance, balance sheets, income statements and other subsidiary accounting records and book of accounts.
Prepares schedule of depreciation of company property and equipment.
Assists in the preparation of all income tax returns of employees and the company.
Performs other functions as may be assigned by management.
