We are currently looking for GENERAL ACCOUNTANT!
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College degree in Accountancy/Finance or any related field;
Experience of at least 3 years of bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, filing taxes and General Accountant position
Must have experience with corporate accounting and professional partnerships
Experience with auditing firm as an auditor is a plus
Experience with construction companies (as in house accountant, or as assigned industry) is preferred
Experience with conglomerates is a plus
Proficient in excel/manual and accounting software
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to multi-task and manage competing deadlines
Amenable to work on-site/Face to face
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements in time
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank payments
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations
Performs other related tasks, as required by management
