₱ 16,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
1. Prepare Accounts Payable Voucher and Other Vouchers necessary for payment preparation.
2. Check all attachments including invoices, receiving reports, liquidations, statement of accounts and other necessary documents.
3. Records all transactions in the accounting system including journal entries, adjusting entries and accruals.
4. Ensure the completeness of all records needed for the Preparation of Financial Statements.
5. Prepare payroll every 15th and 30th of the month.
6. Prepares Mandatories schedule and Salary Loan Schedule for payment processing.
7. Coordinates with Tax Compliance Officer for compensation tax schedule.
8. Petty Cash Custodian. Will coordinate with Admin that handles petty cash request and liquidations.
9. Make sure that all files are sorted and filed accordingly manually and electronically.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
