Checks & Reports on the updates of Revenue Tracker
Generate Summary Report-Provide Raw Data related to BAR- Analysis on the Data/ board reporting assistance
Assist in the overseeing the daily accounting operation
Reviews & Validates Acccounts Payable Vouchers, Billing, Collection, General Accounts (Payroll, Fixed Asset, & Others) entries-Prepare monthly accruals
Ensure all transactions are posted in QB
Handles full accounting for Intercompanies (EON Engage, EON Dubai, EON Foundation)
Review and process necessary adjustments of all accounts (Expense & Balance Sheets)
Financial (Quickbooks) System Administrator
Perform data and transactions back up (weekly)
Ensure monthly closing of books
Point person for technical troubleshoot of the System (with coordination of P.F.T QB Support & MIS for the System Server Maintenance)
Audit Compliance Assistant (External Financial Audit)
Point person in submitting reports & requirements needed (with collaboration of the team)-Point of contact in coordinating with external auditors for all statutory requirements which includes Audit planning, controls and walkthroughs, review of PBCs, release document requirements, review and resolution of audit queries, review of the Annual Financial statements with notes for SEC and BIR filing.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, or related field
Graduate studies not required, but an advantage
At least 5 years of General Accounting experience; experience in FMCG industry is highly desired
