An attractive General Accountant job has just opened up at a consumer technology company.
About the General Accountant (Night Shift) Role:
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end finance and accounts processing, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and GL/month-end tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end finance and accounting
Make sure that all accounts receivables report are aligned and accurate, and billing and invoices are on track
Settle client billing and invoices and make sure all clients receive their invoices
Work closely and maintain strong working relations with both internal business units and external partners
Make sure all approvals are obtained before processing AP invoices
Work closely with the controller to ensure that all accruals are in place for month-end closing
All month end journal entries including bank reconciliations
Make sure that all GL accounts are reviewed and posted correctly
To succeed in this General Accountant role, you must have at least three years' end-to-end finance and accounting experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable and GL.
Key Requirements:
Experience in end-to-end fnance and accounting
Knowledgeable in accounts receivable, collections, accounting and analysis
Articulate, structured, analytical, and a proactive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel (pivot table, lookups, macros)
Temporarily on a WFH set-up but must be willing to work in Pasig City
Must be amenable to working on a night-shift schedule
