Job Description
Processing and recording transactions- preparation of accounts payable and recording of accounts receivable
Updating ledger
Recording and filing of paid invoices
Assisting with audits or fact-checking and discrepancy resolution
Preparing budgets and financial reports
Handling communication with clients via phone and email
Performing other basic office tasks
Job Qualification
Preferably CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any field
5 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, preferably in the retail industry
Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software
Good time management and verbal, written communication skills
Familiarity with basic Accounting principles and software, and with local duties and taxes
Able to multitask, ensuring thoroughness, organization and accuracy
