Job Description
For this role you will need:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, preferably CPA
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP preferred
Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, procedures and techniques
General knowledge of computer applications and accounting information systems
Intermediate mathematical background with ability to be detail-oriented
Intermediate communication, teaming and interpersonal skills

In this role you will:
Participate in month-end close processes and write various journal entries including Corporate chargebacks, Mexico profit, and intercompany R&D and engineering charges
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, and follow up on reconciling items
Perform various balance account analyses such as the sales, and use tax reconciliation, and accruals including professional fees, and moving, and relocation. Analyze data from Oracle for each reconciliation
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual government and corporate reporting:
Prepare and submit required requests in HFM
Assist team in preparing annual YE Corporate Reporting package
Complete various Corporate tax requests:
Assist team in preparing annual Federal, State and International Tax Workpaper packages
Prepare annual International Tax Questionnaires
