GENERAL ACCOUNTANT
 
Job Description:
Assist Finance Manager during month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with PFRS and compliance to internal policies.
Manage fixed assets
Handle balance sheet account reconciliations
Manage filing of tax returns and other regulatory requirements.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by management as special projects.
Review documentation for and record financial transactions.
Monitor and record accrual of expenses and depreciation.
Supervise regular accounting processes.
Prepare interim and annual reports.
Maintain and monitor fixed asset listing.
Design and prepare audit schedules for external auditors.
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam), B.S Accountancy.
Must be a CPA with at least two (2) yrs. experience.
Applicants must be willing to work in A.S Fortuna St. Mandaue City.
Preferably experienced employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Required Skill(s)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, MS Excel.
