1. Supervises and oversees the work section and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.2. Responsible for the monthly preparation of Financial Reports.3. Assists Finance Business Partner for the preparation of the following reports:
Annual and Quarterly SEC Reports and BIR Reports
Provides schedules for the Board of the Director's Meeting
4. Checks Monthly Bank Reconciliation.5. Checks and maintains monthly schedule of the following:
Analysis of Balance Sheet schedules
Detailed analysis of Revenues and Expenses
Statistics Reports
6. Reports to immediate superior any deviations encountered in the policies and procedures.7. Performs other jobs that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
