JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform month-end closing activities including journal entries and financial statements preparation which includes bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with all BIR reportorial requirements (monthly, quarterly and annually)
Ensure proper recording and documentation of billing and collection to unit owners and the hotel.
Ensure proper recording and documentation of disbursements from suppliers and intercompany property.
Assign and supervise the task of Accounting Supervisor - Long Term.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related filed
3 years of experience in finance operations of similar size/style of hotel.
Knowledgeable in Financial Statement preparation
Proficient in BIR Forms preparation (1702Q, 2550M, 1601C, 1601E, etc.)
Proficient in PMS Opera and MS Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
