Job Description
Validates sales order with new deals and discounts and secures approval.
Handles full books of accounts
Checks daily collection report
Verifies voucher and check amount against invoices submitted by accounts payable specialist
Prepares accounts schedules both profit and loss and balance sheet
Performs other tasks that will be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Accounting
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant;
At least two (2) years experience in general accounting;
Experince in pharmaceutical or direct selling industry is an advantage;
Organized and keen to details;
Above average communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Highly analytical;
Teamplayer;
MS Office Proficient;
