Financial Analyst

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Analyze business transactions, and write accounting journal entries to support the business unit's month-end close processes
• Gather data and perform analysis on balance sheet accounts and fringe transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for the business unit's reporting requirements
• Develop new or efficient accounting processes under Oracle
• Perform banking verification activities and complete ad hoc requests from business unit points of contact
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1 to 3 years relevant general accounting experience; minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in the same, or related field
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of: Hyperion, SmartView, Crystal, Noetix, BAAN, AS400 -- an Oracle experience is a plus
• Willingness to work on night shift schedule and US holidays
