Cybalink Solutions is an Australian owned Outsourcing Company providing services to organizations across the globe. Providing a dynamic, fun and team focused environment our Company is looking for people who are experienced in General Accounting/Accounts Payable.
General Account / Accounts Payable (Office Based Role)
The role includes but not limited to:
Raise company invoices
Process suppliers' invoices on a daily basis
Manage the accounts email inbox
Reconcile stripe accounts daily
Make sure expenses and invoices are approved in a timely fashion
Prepare weekly payment runs for all expenses and invoices.
Ensure a smooth invoicing process
Supporting the general accounting function
Other accounts duties as required
The ideal person should have/be:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
2-3 + years of an accounts payable experience, preferably in a global organization
Demonstrate past experience of creating and maintaining long-term relationship with suppliers
Must have UK General Accounting Knowledge
Amenable to work on a MID-Shift schedule
Experience using Xero and Stripe
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Excellent English communication skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office tools
High attention to detail and accuracy is required
