Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Accounting system and process of the Company
Record Accounting transactions of the Company
Process government units/statutory requirements
Prepare / monitor Cash Position Report and Bank Reconciliation of the Company
Monitor Accounts Receivable and Collections from Customers
Responsible for the Subsidiary Ledgers, Journal and other Accounting Records
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accounting related courses, preferably Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Applicant with at least 1 year experience is preferred for this position
Solid communication skills, proficient in speaking and writing; reporting skills
Must have initiative, is trustworthy and can work efficiently in a group
Can handle pressure, organized, keen to details, productive and dependable
Highly reliable on the compliance requirement of the Company
Proficient in Microsoft Office word and excel
Knowledge in Quickbooks Accounting System is an advantage
Must be willing to work in Makati City
