QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related degree.
At least (3) three years proven relevant skills and in-depth experience in employment life cycle in Global Advisory role.
Proficient in data analytics and has the ability to translate data into action.
Demonstrated project management skills in the development and implementation of employment life cycle, with a capacity to scope realistic projects, meet timeframes and deliver outcomes.
Knowledge in process training and presentation related to the scope in global environment and customers.
Good understanding of systems and tools.
Knowledgeable in process improvement and has innovative mindset
High-level interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams of staff with different levels of technical knowledge.
Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and in multi-disciplinary team environments.
Ability to assess priorities, exercise discretionary judgment and negotiate for positive outcomes.
Detailed - oriented, structured, accurate, systematic and committed to deliver within deadlines
Result oriented mindset
Has excellent collaboration, communication and consultation skills
Motivated to facilitate and contribute to ODP's growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as an expert in the field of employee experience processes and projects and provide support for questions and cases in this area
Responsible in Employee Experience improvement projects, being a strategic contributor and shall take lead in certain project streams.
Proactively identify impact areas in the employee lifecycle for improvement on a continual basis.
Facilitate training and information for employee lifecycle processes including holding courses and presentation to stakeholders.
Create and maintain the process map design using necessary design tool of new and existing processes, and making sure System Helpcenter and other relevant sites are updated.
Create and send out surveys.
Use our HR systems to find relevant data to deliver on tasks and excellent support
Gather data analyses on employee feedback and high level metric performance for improvements in processes, communicate results to superior
Advises for improvement opportunities.
Update and publish policy and procedures according to process updates.
Collaborate with System Admin team to ensure updated guidelines and support materials are in place.
Responsible in looking for opportunities to improve information sharing.
Ensure high service level to all internal stakeholders.
