-Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree Course
-Preferably with experience in the same capacity
 
-Knowledgeable with managing people
 
-With Sales skills
 
 
Job Summary:
-Plan, schedule, supervise and ensure that all Gas Station Attendants & Cashiers adhere to store policies
 
-Responsible for maintain fuel and merchandise inventories
-Ensure the accuracy and safekeeping of all cash and non-cash sales
-Submit fuel orders in a timely fashion so fuel arrives before reserves run low
-Keep up on a daily reports from the Management to ensure prices reflect current economic trends.
-Knowledgeable with basic troubleshooting of the pumps
-Coach staff as necessary to improve delivery of customer service
