Since we started in 1998, we have grown and diversified to include swine and layer operations in Tarlac.
Our swine and layer farms employ advanced production systems, with automated feeding and drinking systems. Climate control is achieved in the barns through tunnel ventilation and evaporative cooling system. Our swine genetic program and pullet source selection on the other hand, ensures that we only produce quality market hogs and layers. Strict biosecurity measures are also in place to protect the animals from bacterial and viral disease exposure.
As a total solutions provider, we aim to become a one-stop shop that offers quality feeds, technical support, and a growing range of fresh & quality meats & eggs products. Job Description
JOB SUMMARY :
The Game Fowl Specialist is responsible for delivery of sales results on the regional level for the new gamefowl feedline of Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation, thru active selling and conduct of promotional activities, establish strong relationship with current and potential customers within the region. This position will be the company's gamefowl resource person in subjects pertaining to the industry. As a specialist, he should be involved in gaining and sharing knowledge to the Sales Team, distributors, dealers and other related entities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT and MARKET INTELLIGENCE
Introduces, demonstrates and promotes all Gamefowl feed line to the company's existing and potential customers side by side with the Territorial Business Managers in specific region.
Together with the Territory Business Manager and Regional Sales Business Manager, GFS develops Sales and Marketing plan to establish and achieve assigned sales target per region or area.
Evaluates market and competitive situations and recommends appropriate business strategies
Coordinates with RSMs, Sales Support, Marketing and Sales teams in data gathering for business planning and determining of market intelligence
Implements and/or monitors Marketing initiated programs and activities targeted for the region or area.
II. SALES and CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
Together with the Territory Business Manager, conceptualizes sustainable sales program to develop, grow and retain the gamefowl feed customers in the assigned region or area.
Entertains, assists and addresses queries on sales requirements of gamefowl feed customers in terms of ordering, distributorship/ dealership, logistics arrangements and product specifications.
Visits and assists the customers on how to maximize the use of the product by educating them and providing technical services and expertise related to gamefowl management.
Conducts field trouble shooting and addresses gamefowl management queries of customers.
III. TRAINING
Gathers and documents relevant gamefowl information, data, figures and industry updates/developments not limited to gamefowl management.
Conducts orientation and training programs related to gamefowl management, nutrition and product knowledge for the Distribution - Territorial Business Managers and the Animal Production Specialist (Gamefowl).
IV. OTHER TASKS
Represents the brand on gamefowl related activities I.e. Gamefowl breeders association meetings, trade shows, events and other brand activation activities
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
BS degree preferably with a Veterinary Medicine license, a graduate of Agribusiness, or Animal Science
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Preferably with at least one (2) year work experience in selling/marketing gamefowl feeds/ related products
CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
