Escalates certain issues when necessary.

Check in-app announcements, official pages, or social networking sites for new information and updates.

Above-average English communication skills (particularly written communication skills)
Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and basic Google applications (drive, docs, sheets)
Must be willing to work in shifting schedules, on weekends, and on holidays.
Has enthusiasm and familiarity with mobile games and other online games.
Can work under a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality of work
Detail-oriented, can work smoothly with a team and can manage time responsibly
Hybrid Work Arrangement (until further notice): Must be willing to work on-site located in Ayala Avenue, Makati City every once a week between Mondays-Fridays only and the rest of the work days will be work-from-home (decent internet connection is required for WFH and work unit will be provided by the company)
