Responsibilities:
The product manager defines the game/product vision and strategy
Provide clear recommendations from market research, benchmarks, and game data to help define and prioritize the backlog, to continuously improve features
Create fun and engaging features and other game content
Test ongoing tasks and ensure that everything is on schedule
Brainstorm new ideas together with your team to create the best games
Manages the game development lifecycle
Conducts market research and competitive analysis
Manages the game budget and timeline
Monitors in-game metrics and KPI
Collaborates with other teams and functions of the company
Communicates with the stakeholders
Manages the game soft-launch, launch
Manages the update and maintenance of the game
Identifies and implements monetization strategies
Collects and analyses player feedback and analytics
Ensures the game's quality and success in the marketplace
Researches new game ideas
Defines the game's roadmap
Creates strong game development teams
Minimum Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in any field of studies
Must have 5-7 years in the Gaming Industry as Product Owner/ Product Founder or Product Manager
Proven track record in managing the game development lifecycle
