Job Description
Applies coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect interior or exterior surfaces, trimmings, and fixtures of buildings and other structures by performing the following duties
Executes all painting works in a professional manner. Expert in touch up and repair all kind of paints
Expert in mixing colors in a professional manner and use machinery and tools in safe manner
Reads work order or receives instructions from supervisor or homeowner regarding painting
Removal of old paints and surface preparation. Fills nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other filler
Paints surfaces with brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers. Applies paint with cloth, brush, sponge, or fingers to create special effects
Washes surfaces prior to painting with mildew remover. Executes all works related to his trade in a professional manner.
Selects premixed paints, or mixes required portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying substances to prepare paint that matches specified colors
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
