About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
You will process and review complex transactions;
You will do Daily/Weekly/Monthly review of investor portfolio valuations and packages;
You will do Daily verification of investor statement information and indexed emails;
You will maintain data accuracy through proper implementation of internal process controls and procedures;
You will help to identify process improvements and champion these ideas to management;
You will train and coach new hires and pricing specialists;
You will communicate with internal and external parties where needed via phone or email;
You will demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion, in line with client service agreements;
You will escalate priority issues to supervisor and/or manager in a timely and detailed manner;
You will maintain a current and thorough understanding of applicable best practice policies & client specific agreements;
You will resolve internal and external client queries in a timely manner;
You will contribute to departmental and team initiatives;
You will liaise with other departments in CITCO as required;
You will assist with other related duties as required;
About You:
You have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent;
You have a minimum of 2-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
You have an active interest in the financial markets and Hedge fund/Fund of Hedge Fund Industry
You are proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc).
You are amenable to working on extended hours as needed
You are amendable to working on different shifts. Previous experience working on the nightshift is a plus
