About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Valuations and P&L team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
You will process daily deliverables in the areas of pricing and P&L/performance reporting, contributing to the monthly NAV process by performing Independent Price Verification (IPV)
You will prepare month-end sign-off packages
You will valuate hedge fund portfolio holdings;
You will analyze hedge fund performance;
You will prepare performance/P&L and other related reports;
You will investigate, communicate, and resolve valuation/P&L related issues with hedge fund clients;
You will demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion, in line with service level agreements;
You will liaise and collaborate with various other Citco departments such as Fund Accounting, Reconciliations, Client Integration, Market Data, Application Support, and other local/global management;
You will engage in team-wide initiatives, projects, new clients and new procedures as required by the dynamic business conditions;
About You:
You are Bachelor level degree holder, preferably in accounting, finance, economics, or a related quantitative discipline;
You must be Candidacy in a post-graduate programs such as CFA, MBA, Master in Finance or similar programs is an asset;
You have basic knowledge of financial instruments such as fixed income, OTC derivatives, bank debts and private equity preferred;
You have excellent command of the English language, verbal and written;
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
