About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
You will ensure accuracy in the pricing process, which includes reviewing portfolios and other deliverables
You will review procedures and recommend solutions in order to improve efficiencies
You will ensure adherence to all internal audit standards
You will keep Senior Management informed of all material issues affecting the quality and completion of deliverables
You will Create development plans for staff and implement training initiatives
You will resolve pricing and client related issues
You will conduct regular one to ones with staff and provide them with feedback on their performance and goals
You will complete monthly schedules, reports and ad hoc requests as required by management
About You:
You have 3 years' experience in working the night shift and managing a medium size team
You have a knowledge of Hedge Funds or Mutual Funds
You have a strong analytical skills
You have advanced skills in MS Excel
You have excellent communication skills
