What it's about
Partners Group's Platform Services business unit looks after a variety of fund administration activities throughout the lifecycle of our extensive investment product solutions, including company secretarial tasks, execution of corporate and product related documentation and oversight of client due diligence on investors based around the globe as well as oversight over regulated services. This role is for a Funds Administrator to execute on a pre-defined administration-related service catalogue within the Platform Services shared services team, primarily covering documentation execution, system updates, data reconciliation and internal control checks.
You will be responsible mainly for the following tasks:
Independently deliver on assigned tasks and duties, including execution for global agreements, maintaining accurate records and certain oversight reporting
Coordinate with key internal stakeholders for data and reporting related matters
Provide support in projects and initiatives
Ensure delivery of high-quality output within agreed timelines
What we expect
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant working experience or a fresh graduate with relevant internships or qualifications
Detail oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
Fluency with MS office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
