- Define concepts and ensure governance of A IT template for the relevant business in Quality Management processes together with global competence center, local management, key-Users and business partners.
- Detect and diagnose appropriate risk management steps during project work in case warranted.
- Develop capacity plans in accordance with aligned goals, known projects from the portfolio management and change requests.
- Hold regular status reporting for the management and global functional leads.
- Provide knowledge and expertise on new implementations, system or solution upgrades based on recent technologies and existing support projects (e.g. S/4 Hana, Power BI, EWM, etc) as defined in the global strategy.
- Present solutions and tailor communications for both technical /non-technical, management and end user audiences.
- Perform quality assurance on concepts and applicable IT solutions to support desired operational efficiencies in the locations.
- Acts as primary functional expert in Quality Management and be able to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Must have very strong knowledge of process flow for processes, various master data elements and related configuration for QM.
- Oversees team productivity and engagement on day to day work and/or project deliverables.
- Act as the first point of escalation for support and projects and ensure resolution of issues.
- Directs and lead the team to resolve complex issues that would cause business interruption.
- Applies sound knowledge of Quality Management solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners, project coordinators and correspond with peers, global functional leads and regional IT counterparts.
- Manage business partnerships.
- Establish developmental path both technical and soft skills, provide guidance, coaching and mentorship to team based on desired career aspiration of team members.
- Equips functional team members by acting as subject matter expert.

Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent Diploma/Vocational Experience
Minimum of 8 years working experience in IT or related business area and has functioned in a team lead role.
Possess essential skills and deep understanding of Quality Management business requirements & challenges & must be able to translate them into IT functional solutions
With strong integration knowledge of other IT modules and other subsystems Excellent understanding of related Q-interfaces.
Must have advanced project management skills including scoping, business requirement evaluation, resource planning, issue management among others
Minimum 8 years experience with at least 5 SAP implementations, support management and conceptualizing solutions
Mandatory and advanced configuration skills in Quality Management module, including Authorization Management
Technical know-how and application of Quality Management functions
With business process experience or background relevant to Quality Management processes
Knowledge of technical interfaces to SAP
Experience working in project implementation in the role of a project manager for at least 3 years
Able to drive topics and resolve concerns
ABAP Debugging know-how
ABAP Programming experience is a plus
