DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitates the implementation and support of accounting software to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Responsible primarily for successful implementation of the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of BS HRDM or any Accounting and Finance realated course.
Must have experience in payroll processing.
Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
Must be an effective problem solver
Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
Excellent communication skills, written, and verbal
Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
Must be willing to do field work if necessary
Background in Payroll Software is a PLUS.
