Job Description
We are looking for a call center agent for an internet television account who is responsible for providing customer service to customers who have inquiries or concerns related to their internet television service.
Position: TSR - Internet Television Account
Salary: PHP22300/month
Location: EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong
Requirement
Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience (any -local/international, voice/non-voice)
Strong technical skills and be able to troubleshoot issues.
Above average communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a customer-centric mindset.
