Location: Home Based, Cebu City, Philippines
Benefits Package: 10 Days Holiday Pay, 5 Days Sick Pay, National Holidays Off, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth, SSS, Annual Pay Increase
Shift: 8am to 4pm Cebu Time, Monday to Friday
Salary Range: P65k - P85k p/month + 5% Annual Pay Increase

Responsibilities
Lead the development of websites and mobile applications
Manage a small team of web developers schedules, daily progress, project deliverables ensuring websites are delivered on time
Run daily scrums with the development team
Conduct weekly work in progress with digital director
Provide regular, accurate insight into project status, deliverables and team performance
Support the recruitment and interviewing of new team members
What technical skills will you need to succeed in this role?
2+ years of Full Stack Development experience, using ReactJS and Node.js
3+ years commercial web development experience
Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive application design
Cross-browser, cross-platform, cross-device compatibility issues and ways to work around them
Rapidly prototype web applications to showcase new concepts and ideas
Suggests new technologies and approaches
Estimate the duration and level of effort of development tasks
Experience working with Agile methodologies
Understand modern development practices (CI/CD, Cloud, etc.)
Experience in PHP and common website CMS such as WordPress & Shopify
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines, and work independently and within a team, with clear reporting and focused on results
Desirable Experience:
Interactive map libraries such as Leaflet.js, GIS data handling (GeoJSON, shapefiles, etc.) and AWS

PHP 65,000 - 85,000 per month
