Client details:
We are a newly established ServiceNow practice with a passion for simplicity and exceptional customer service. We adopt a proactive and practical approach in our dealings with customers and in the development of solutions. Initially we are focused on providing ITSM, ITOM, and GRC services to clients but aiming to grow the scope of suites we cover. We also have some apps under development that are planned to be marketed in the ServiceNow App Store. Aiming to become a certified services and technology partner as the business grows.
Job Description
Daily activities
Monitor for incoming tickets from clients
Liaise with customer contacts on obtaining and clarifying requirements
Perform system administration tasks on client's instance e.g.:
Catalog management tasks
ACL troubleshooting and resolution
User administration
Create and configure business rules, UI policies, UI actions and scripts
Build workflows and flows in flow designer
Build notifications
Building reports and dashboards
Discovery troubleshooting
Catalog scripts or scripted business rules
Day-to-day administration, error troubleshooting and resolution across a variety of ServiceNow applications
Perform development tasks on client's instance
Perform development activities on ActionHub apps
Perform testing on developed solutions
Document solutions adequately to ensure a clean handover to the client.
Working hours
Sydney, Australia business hours - 8 hours starting at 9am.
Qualifications
Education:
University level education in computer science or equivalent
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred
ITIL Certified (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience as System Administrator on ServiceNow
Worked on at least 2 different ServiceNow instances for different clients
Experience of the ITSM suite
Experience of ITOM and GRC highly regarded
JavaScripting experience in ServiceNow.
Skills:
Good level of cyber security awareness
Excellent communicator - written and verbal
Established an organized and methodical workflow for development activities.
