About the role:
TPG Telecom has been appointed as Singapore's 4th mobile telecommunications network service provider and is currently building Singapore's newest 4G mobile network.
We are looking for energetic Customer Service Representatives to help us distribute our products and attend to our customers. This role is ideal for people who want to get a better understanding of the retail aspect of the Telecommunications Industry. Training will be provided for the role.
The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager
Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently
Identify customers
Issue products
Confirm transactions online
Liaise with company on any issues
Raise and submit Incident & Sales Reports
Manage Customer Service Operations (Eg. Queue, Safe Entry, management, temperature taking)
Follow up with customer feedbacks and complaints
Conduct and maintain Inventory checks on logistics
Manage and support events as and when necessary
Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
Uphold and strives for service quality and excellence in day-to-day business operations
The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:
Minimum O Levels or Diploma in any discipline
Experience in Telecommunications industry would be advantageous
Be a team-player, motivator
Excellent interpersonal skills
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills
Good organisational skills
Strong English communication
Strong attention to detail
Punctual
Honest
