Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance or any related field.
Experience working in the Accounting field (Quickbooks experience is a huge plus)
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Understanding of Mathematics and Accounting and Financial processes.
Ethical behavior.
Attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and highly-proficient
High integrity and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Willing to work on a graveyard or shifting schedule
Job responsibilities:
Verifies and reconciles financial transactions
Develops financial reports and reconciles financial data
Prepares various financial statements
Compiles reports to show statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivables, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to the operation of the business
Reconciling bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the client
Maintaining accurate financial records.
