OVERVIEW
The Full Stack Developer has the responsibility to oversee frontend and backend programming architecture of QMS. He/she is expected to develop fully fledged platforms to be utilized by QMS to ensure efficiency and quality of service to its internal and external customers. An ideal candidate is someone who can work with different functions within the organization, from conception to full deployment of the solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
MININUM
A degree or significant amount of education in any Information Technology related courses (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc.)
1-2 years of software development related experience
Experience in working using Agile development process is a plus
A team player that can also work independently whilst able to meet time-bound deliverables
Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills
TECHNICAL
Proficiency in frontend languages such as JavaScript (preferred), HTML, CSS including its frameworks like Angular, Vue, Boilerplate, Skeleton, and the likes
Proficiency in backend languages like PHP including its frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter and the likes
Proficiency with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and the likes
Proven experience and proficiency in designing and developing APIs
Ability to utilize source debuggers and be able to modify, update and improve software
Knowledge in security and data protection standards (i.e. Data Privacy Act, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) is preferable
