About the Role
You'll be joining a great team! We're a distributed product team consisting of 9 awesome and committed colleagues who are based in either Grundfos, Bjerringbro or Grundfos, Manila. We work in a busy, but fun and very collaborative environment with a significant focus on teamwork. Our team is called the "Customer Hub" team as our product portfolio is mainly customer-faced. We call ourselves "the Hubbits" and have been working together as a scrum team since March 2020. The products in our portfolio can be divided into three main areas:
Customer Identity, Customer Engagement and Customer Self-Service.
The work location will be at Grundfos Manila, but in agreement with your team, you can arrange days working from home.
Key Activities
In our team, you will have the role as a Full Stack developer who will develop web-based frontend applications with a focus on Javascript frontend and Java backend. Your main areas of responsibility will be to:
Implement solution on Backend and Frontend Development
Participate in analysis, technical design, testing, development and deployment
Write clean code and create flexible software architecture
Refactor, update and debug code
Learn new technologies and domains - the team values constantly expanding our knowledge and skillsets

Qualifications and Skills Required:
Technical Skillset:
Need to have:
5-7 years relevant experience in Java and Javascript Technologies
Experience with a frontend framework like VueJs, Angular, Node/NPM, Webpack/Gulp, React or jQuery or any related JS (ES6+) framework
Experience in Java 7 and 8
Knowledge of SQL and DB2
Solid Maven skills and proficiency with GIT and knowledge of different GIT branching strategies
Good understanding of REST/SOAP services, APIs and micro services
Experience in using Mockito and Junit in testing (we currently use the Smart Bear suite)
Nice to have:
Understanding of Continuous Integration, Cloud Technologies, DevOps Culture and Jenkins deployment
Experience in ES6, Websphere, JBoss
Knowledge of SonarQube and SonarLint
Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket) is an advantage
Experience in working in an agile setup/scrum team
We develop some of our applications on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. AEM experience is a plus, but if not, you'll learn AEM in Grundfos as part of your onboarding to the team.
