Global Resource Communications Inc. (Philippines) is a branch office, a sister company of Global Mobility Lab, with its headquarters in Singapore. We are an innovator in improving patient safety and patient interaction through our critical communications and Health AI systems. We provide hospitals and healthcare professionals with mobile point-of-care solutions that end the paper chase, decrease costs, streamline workflow, reduce clinical errors, and ultimately enhances the quality of patient care. Our patient safety and interaction solutions are integral platforms for many hospitals in Singapore. 
Job Responsibilities:    
The candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of various mobile, web cross-platform, cross-browser, and database-driven applications
Must be able to work as part of a close-knit development team, optimize and customize multiple mobile and web applications
Must show excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas and questions to other team members, and produce well-written documentation in English
Possess an excellent problem-solving skill, and the ability to take client requirements, analyze them, produce software solutions, and troubleshoot investigations
Meet tight deadline on multiple assignments, while working independently or in a team setting
Self-initiate task management via Gantt-charts\
Requirements:  
​Proven Front-end Web-side UI/UX skills:
Experience using Front-end development tools including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
Expertise with high-level JavaScript framework such as Node JS, Express JS, Bootstrap, React JS and React Native
Some familiarity with Windows development, .Net C#, package installer, etc. as we also provide a few Windows apps
Proven Backend Skills includes:
Server-side experience, strong PHP development background, and good knowledge of OOP principles, LARAVEL frameworks
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, webGL webRTC and WebSockets
Experienced with LAMP environment (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL /PostgreSQL, Redis, Mongo dB (No SQL), with microservice architecture
Exposure to TensorFlow and Python, big data processing, machine learning
Other Skills & Experiences
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Hands-on experience with web and mobile application architecture and relational database design
Experience working within a Continuous Integration environment using VMware, Docker and Kubernetes environments
Experience working in Cloud and AWS environments
Ability to work with automated unit test frameworks
A knack for benchmarking and performance optimization
Excellent conceptual and critical thinking capabilities
Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role
Clear written documentation and verbal communications skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Experience working with source control systems like GIT

Minimum 3+ years experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
