The Technology and Solutions Team is responsible for the development and maintenance of business-critical applications, including MMIS and SMIS, across many business functions including sourcing, business development, finance, and corporate. We are seeking a talented full-stack developer to join Magsaysay People Resources Corporation (MPRC). A great candidate will have .Net and SharePoint experience. The candidate will also support existing SharePoint sites and .Net apps, create new ones, meet with end users to discover requirements, and work with other teams in an exciting and varied environment. and will report directly to the Technology and Solutions Head. Roles and Responsibilities The Full-stack Developer with SharePoint experience will be primarily responsible for: .Providing full support to existing MMIS / SMIS and SharePoint customers & stakeholders .Creating and supporting SharePoint sites, custom workflows, lists, libraries. .Creating and supporting various .Net applications. We have a mix of .Net 4.7 (MVC and WebForms) and .Net Core applications. .Meeting with customers/end users to understand business needs and turn these into a SharePoint or .Net solution. .Working with other team members on collaborative projects and tasks. Essential skills .SharePoint administration and development / programming experience, using web parts and workflows. .SQL Server development, including basic database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, etc. .ASP.NET MVC or .Net Core experience. .Experience with modern development technologies like HTML5, TypeScript, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc. .Knows how to program in or use PowerShell. .Familiarity with Windows server and IIS concepts as it relates to application hosting and configuration. Preferred Competencies .Experience in building and deploying SharePoint sites, as well as ASP.NET MVC or .NET Core web applications / projects .Experience mentoring and training others on complex technical issues .Proven ability to take a project from scoping requirements through to launch of the project .Solid coding practices, including good design documentation, unit testing, peer code reviews, and a strong preference for agile methodology .Sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills .Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive, and a track record of delivery .Passion for building new products in a fast paced, team-oriented environment .Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal English) .Be a quick learner and demonstrate ability to adapt to change (Agile mindset) WORK EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS: .Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related course .SharePoint administration and development / programming experience, using web parts and workflows. .SQL Server development, including basic database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, etc. .Experience with modern development technologies like HTML5, TypeScript, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc. .Familiarity with Windows server and IIS concepts as it relates to application hosting and configuration.
