As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:
Working with a diverse team of developers, team leaders and analysts to define, design and develop large scale web and mobile based applications that will impact the success of our organisation and our clients
Translate business requirements into performant and maintainable technical solutions
Collaborate closely with colleagues in a cross-functional team
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews
Exchange knowledge and ideas in technical Chapters and Guilds.
Champion company Values, Purpose and Vision internally and externally.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience working within the MERN Stack - front end (React), back end (Node.JS), document-oriented databases (MongoDB) and infrastructure (AWS)
Demonstrable experience in contemporary environments developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
Working knowledge of both Class based and Functional based components in React (Hooks)
Knowledge of microservice architecture, RESTful approach using JSON, AWS Lambda, message queues and modern design patterns
Strong knowledge of API design, development and API lifecycle management best practices
Familiar with cloud development and DevOps best practices preferably on AWS
Rapid prototyping and service stubbing
Strong experience working in agile teams and including design and development techniques
Ability to adapt to new technical skills and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Open to candidates located in Philippines or Nepal
