Job Responsibilities:
Ability to perform a Full Function Accounts process including:
Accounts Payable: enter supplier invoices, purchase orders, payments
Accounts Receivable: create invoices, send reminders
Payroll processing
Bank reconciliations
Operational reconciliations invoiced values and investigating and resolving differences
Preparation of Month End Accounts, Management Reporting and worksheets
Preparation of quarterly returns (Australian BAS)
Preparation of Superannuation summaries
Perform other duties or related task assigned by Client.
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
Accounting Degree and at least 3 years of experience
Sound technical financial accounting and reporting skills
Experience with at least one accounting software product (eg Xero, Quickbooks)
Experience with value added tax (incl GST/VAT style regime)
Strong Excel skills - must be able to navigate and edit complex workbooks and compile data from multiple sources into a functional spreadsheet
Ability to perform reconciliations within accounting software
Task management skills and ability to follow processes
Strong attention to detail
Good written and spoken English
Must be willing to work in our office in Clark.
Nice to Have (advantageous but not essential):
Experience with preparing Australian GST BAS reports, or general Australian bookkeeping
Experience with Australian payroll
Xero software experience
Audit experience
Experience with accounting in any country outside of Philippines
