The Role
As Fulfillment Staff, you shall be responsible for helping the Booking Unit Head with day-to-day operations of the section. He/she primarily ensures that all account that is for loan booking is properly implemented as well for the checking of accounting entries booked in the system for Personal Loans and other products.
How you'll contribute
Coordinates with the Business Units and other internal clients within Operations related to booking and implementation.
Ensures and approves accounting entries that are lodged in the system accurately and matched with accounts booked in the core banking system.
Ensures that the accounts implemented in the system are within the turn-around time (TAT) as stated in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Assists the Booking Unit Head in managing the company's core system including systems enhancement and related systems functionalities.
Suggests and recommends process flow improvements and enhancements per Team.
Monitors the overall performance of the team, as well as the individual performance /productivity of each personnel under him/her.
To participate in job-related training, seminars, & systems-related projects, and other requirements as needed and mandated by the superiors.
Ensure quality service to both internal and external clients.
Other functions may be assigned from time to time by his/her superior.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course
With at least 6 months experience in loans booking, administrative functions
Keen on details, process improvement, computer literate, expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communications skills in English - both oral and written
Good in decision making
Good in time management and can handle multiple tasks at the same time
