Drive highly technical plans and solutions across all domain. Develop 3-year master plan anchored toward business requirements (include capex requirements). Provide technical guidelines and long-term strategy (Include upgrades/redundancy/resiliency). Integrated plan across all domain and introduction/enhancement of new products, service or capabilities. Develop a 3-year master plan. Guidelines and Solution for pain points and issues.
Manages sections deliverables on yearly high level plans for:
Deliverables of approved CAPEX within the targeted timeline by securing budget availment..
FTTH & Optical Distribution Network (ODN) high level assessment, validation, and fundamental plan creation
Providing guidelines and strategies on high level plans
Provide disposition plans to hardware to be used by engineering and implementation
PR preparation and Vendor awarding processing.
Planning Tool operation for FTTH assessment.
Provide solution and translates forecast /demand of business and network trend to long term plans
Evaluate New technology lead ie NG-PON and other future technology for wireline and imbed it on long term plans
Design and develop a 3-yr plan to support FTTH deployment strategy in both business and network driven nominations and convert them to network rollout plans with equivalent CAPEX requirement.
Identify FTTH solutions that is aligned with Globe's objective of a reliable network to provide quality customer experience.
Close collaboration within Access, Transport and Facility Planning and Engineering team for network design strategy and planning with consideration of cost efficiency, network reliable performance and solution implementation.
Report and cascade to Management, Business or other domains the result of FTTH assessment.
Manage CAPEX allocation to ensure scope are delivered within set timeline and budget allocation, lead the team to do BOQ review & validation, create & evaluate memo and endorse for PR processing.
Conduct financial analysis and initiate discussion with vendors together with FBA/procurement to ensure cost efficiency and throughput capability are considered for the solution.
