JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Frontline Sales Associate to engage customers and provide exceptional sales support at SM Mall of Asia and SM North Edsa. The ideal candidate must have a passion for gadgets, electronics, and accessories, along with a friendly and proactive approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Performance:
o Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
o Actively promote gadgets, electronics, and accessories to maximize sales.
o Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
2. Customer Service:
o Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
o Offer product demonstrations and recommendations based on customer needs.
3. Merchandising and Inventory:
o Ensure products are displayed attractively and replenished as needed.
o Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and proper stock levels.
4. Store Operations Support:
o Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
o Support team members in day-to-day tasks and activities.
Camera Knowledge: Familiarity with various camera brands, models, specifications, and photography-related accessories
Camera Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in a camera store or electronics retailer is an advantage
Camera Enthusiast: Passionate about photography and camera technology, with a desire to share knowledge and recommendation with customers
After-Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with camera maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills to resolve common camera-related issues
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
• Sales experience in a retail environment, particularly in gadgets and electronics, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for technology and electronics.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
